One-of-One Tea Light Holder
A quiet form shaped by natural grain and a continuous movement of colour.
The Nagare is hand-turned from ambrosia maple and Canadian hard maple, joined with reclaimed skateboard veneer that flows vertically through the form. Layers of dyed maple rise from the base and wrap over the rim, appearing differently as the piece is viewed from each angle.
The restrained hourglass profile allows the natural wood to remain dominant, while the reclaimed veneer creates a single uninterrupted gesture of colour and movement.
