Returns & Refunds

At Blackburl Works, every piece is handcrafted with care using premium hardwoods, exotic woods, recycled skateboard decks, and other natural materials. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will work with you to find the best solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many Blackburl Works products are handcrafted, made to order, personalized, or one-of-one, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Products showing signs of use or misuse

  • Damage caused by improper care or accidental damage

Natural variations in wood grain, colour, figure, and texture are part of what makes every Blackburl piece unique and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If the damage or error is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost whenever possible.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected (when applicable), approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is the result of our error or a damaged shipment, Blackburl Works will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For approved returns due to other circumstances, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have not yet entered production or shipped can usually be cancelled for a full refund.

Once work has begun on a custom or made-to-order item, cancellations may not be possible.
