From my workshop in Fernie, British Columbia to your doorstep, every Blackburl order is carefully prepared and packaged to arrive safely. Here's everything you need to know about processing times, shipping, tracking, and international delivery.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Products listed as ready to ship are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Many Blackburl pieces are handcrafted to order. Once your invoice has been paid in full, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment.
Custom Orders
Custom commissions vary depending on complexity and current workshop schedule. Estimated completion times will be discussed before work begins.
During holiday seasons, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, I'll always do my best to keep you informed.
Duties & Taxes
Canadian Orders
Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout based on your shipping destination.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, Blackburl Works has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
With your tracking number you'll be able to:
