The Kizashi Bowl is a one-of-one sculptural vessel that brings together the warmth of walnut and the unmistakable character of reclaimed skateboard veneer.
Built from individually shaped walnut segments, the bowl is accented with carefully placed reclaimed skateboard veneer that moves across the rim, through the interior, and beneath the form. The coloured layers appear as quiet moments of contrast, complementing the walnut rather than competing with it, and revealing themselves differently as the bowl is viewed from every angle.
Its broad, shallow profile creates an understated silhouette while drawing attention to the precision of its curves, proportions, and craftsmanship. Every surface is individually turned, hand-shaped, and refined to celebrate the natural beauty of the wood and the subtle geometry of the design.
Designed as both a functional vessel and a sculptural object, the Kizashi Bowl is equally at home serving food, displaying fruit, or standing alone as a centrepiece. Every piece is made individually, ensuring no two bowls will ever be exactly alike.
