The Santoku is a one-of-one kitchen knife built around the balance of precision steel and reclaimed material.
A 5-inch Damascus steel blade is paired with a hand-shaped handle made entirely from reclaimed skateboard decks, revealing dozens of individual layers of colour and maple. Brass pins and a mosaic centre pin complete the understated detailing. The sculpted handle is carefully contoured for a secure, comfortable grip and balanced control.
Designed as an all-purpose kitchen knife, the Santoku excels at slicing vegetables, preparing meat, and everyday food preparation.
