Inspired by the fleeting beauty of a solar eclipse, The Eclipse Serving Board explores the relationship between shadow, movement, and the natural character of wood. A reclaimed skateboard mosaic is set like a quiet moon above sweeping hardwood inlays that arc across the surface, creating a composition that feels balanced, sculptural, and timeless.
Crafted from carefully selected hardwood, every curve is shaped by hand to complement—not compete with—the grain beneath it. Natural knots, subtle cracks, and organic variations are preserved as part of the design, allowing the story of the wood to remain visible.
